**Your mission**:

- Calibrate various sensors including optical, acoustic, and radar sensors used in UAVs and counter-UAV systems.
- Develop and implement calibration procedures and standards to ensure precision and repeatability.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sensor systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate sensors into drone systems and enhance data acquisition and analysis capabilities.
- Analyze calibration data and prepare detailed reports on sensor performance and anomalies.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in sensor technology and calibration techniques.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sensor calibration, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.
- Strong understanding of optical, acoustic, and radar sensor technologies.
- Proficiency in using calibration software and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment.

Nice to have
- Experience with UAVs or aerial systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for data analysis.
- Background in developing SOPs for equipment calibration.
