Au-delà de la puissance de calcul exceptionnelle qu’ils apportent, les QPUs sont d’une très grande efficacité énergétique et contribueront à réduire fortement l’empreinte carbone de l’industrie du calcul intensif.

**Description du poste**

Dans le cadre de notre forte croissance, nous recrutons un **Mid-**Senior Software Engineer H/F** pour renforcer notre équipe **Software Platform**.

Vous travaillerez dans l’équipe “Compute” de Pasqal, responsable de notre plateforme cloud et de l’intégration de nos ordinateurs quantiques dans les centres HPC. Vous serez chargé(e) de maintenir et améliorer l'ensemble de la pile applicative qui ouvre nos processeurs quantiques hébergés au monde extérieur. Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales seront:

- Maintenir et développer la plateforme cloud de Pasqal
- Contribuer à l’intégration des émulateurs et ordinateurs quantiques à la fois sur le cloud et dans les centres HPCs
- Contribuer sur les librairies clientes (Pulser, pasqal-cloud) pour offrir une expérience optimale à nos utilisateurs
- Collaborer avec les équipes Quantum Applications, Hardware et Produit pour identifier des pistes d’améliorations de notre plateforme
- Participer activement à l’équipe Compute: revue de code, planning technique, points d’avancée quotidiens
- Encadrer les ingénieurs plus juniors de l'équipe.
- Rédiger un code de qualité testé, structuré et documenté.
- Soutenir nos utilisateurs lorsque des problèmes critiques surviennent.
- Assurer une veille technologique régulière.
- Exercer une activité inventive dans les domaines scientifiques et techniques liés à la recherche, aux produits, aux technologies et aux marchés de l'entreprise ; déposer des brevets.

**A propos de vous**
- Diplôme d'ingénieur / master en informatique ou scientifique
- 3+ ans d'expérience dans le développement logiciel, idéalement au sein d'une start up ou d'une scale up

Hard skills:

- Développement d’API (idéalement en Python et Go) et librairies clientes
- Anglais courant écrit, lu et parlé
- Familiarité avec les environnements HPC (e.g. SLURM, MPI) appréciée

Soft skills:

- ** Autonomie, ownership sur des projets et leadership technique**:

- Intérêt pour les sciences et en particulier le quantique
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et esprit d’équipe
- Mentoring
