**The opportunity**:
As a Global Talent Acquisition Director, you will identify the best TA initiatives across regions to roll them out and encourage best practice sharing at a global scale, working hand in hand with the global Talent management & HR Digital teams.
You will define Sephora’s Talent Acquisition strategy and roadmap, manage global projects, develop innovative ways to recruit & retain our talents and implement performance metrics to continuously challenge our practices & benchmark our progress.
**You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:
**Collaboration, Synergies**
- Partner with Talent Acquisition representatives to achieve our common ambition, share best practices, coordinate processes & projects development and amplify our actions in each location.
- Animate regular Talent Acquisition Community Meetings to build a common framework, share best practices and drive consistency across regions.
- Represent Talent Acquisition at Sephora within the broader LVMH Group framework and partner with colleagues from other Maisons to identify synergies and accelerate Sephora's recruiting capabilities.
**Diagnosis & Roadmap**
- Conduct a diagnosis on Sephora’s global TA organization through the lens of organization, processes, roles & responsibilities, metrics & KPIs, technologies, policies in order to recommend a global Sephora TA roadmap.
- Build Sephora’s comprehensive global Talent Acquisition strategy, with a tailored approach to specific function and market needs.
**Training & Recruitment efficiency**
- Map existing recruitment training programs and content.
- Build the learning path and certifications on recruitment to ensure each HR and recruiting manager are regularly trained.
- Develop a recruitment toolkit for stores.
**Analytics & Tools**
- Bring data analytics to build hiring forecasts and to enable informed decisions.
- Maximize, with the support of the Global HRIS team and LVMH, the use of recruiting tools and technologies to streamline activities and remain at the forefront of Talent Acquisition.
**Talent Management & DE&I**
- Review the extent to which our current Talent Acquisition practices support our diversity goals in partnership with internal functional experts.
- Collaborate with the Global DE&I VP & local DE&I teams to increase the hiring of our diverse workforce.
**External partners**
- Manage relationships with external partners and develop new partnerships to drive traffic on our Talent Acquisition platforms (LinkedIn..).
- Leverage TA trends, internal and external best practices, and benchmarks to continuously improve TA performance and establish a recognisable employer of choice reputation for Sephora both internally and externally by working with the internal communications and global HR organisation to improve the company's marketing collateral, social media presence and onboarding materials.
- Higher education in Human Resources or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR at a global company, including 5 years in Talent acquisition (RPO, etc.)
- Experience working across networks, functions, and geographies
- Engaging Senior leaders, partnering with multiple internal stakeholders and developing global networks of employees and external organizations.
- Experience in leading culture and people transformation projects with company-wide impact.
- Awareness of inclusion trends, practices and current events shaping our internal and external landscape and approach.
- Fluent English. French is a plus.
