**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Assistant to support our Provence-based marketing operations at Matsuda Eyewear, an iconic Japanese luxury eyewear brand with deep roots in artisanal craftsmanship and cultural storytelling.

In this role, you will work closely with the Art Director and global marketing team to support campaign coordination, brand storytelling, influencer collaborations, and digital content creation. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury marketing and to contribute to a globally respected heritage brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development and execution of global brand marketing strategies across wholesale, retail, digital and editorial channels
- Assist in campaign planning and rollouts, including seasonal collection launches, press events, and global creative direction
- Handle global marketing budget tracking, including event budgeting and invoice management
- Coordinate editorial collaborations with international magazines and manage external partner communications
- Oversee the organization and regular updating of the global marketing assets folder on Dropbox
- Create visual content and brand materials using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and Keynote for decks, social media, and internal briefs
- Build and maintain project timelines and asset trackers using Airtable, Google Workspace, and Asana for cross-team collaboration
- Collaborate with design, retail, and sales teams to align marketing deliverables with global brand objectives
- Maintain file hygiene across platforms, ensuring correct formatting, labeling, and version control of image, video, and document files
- Work daily with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Figma, Airtable, Asana, Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, and Keynote.

**Who You Are**
- Fluent in English and have a high level of French.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about fashion, design, and visual culture.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, creative team.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace and/or Excel..
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sensibility and global outlook.
- A background or interest in luxury, fashion, or editorial marketing is highly appreciated.
