**Your mission**:
We’re looking for a Brand & Communications Manager (M/F/d) to lead all brand and communication activities in the French market. You’ll own how Bears with Benefits shows up in France: planning campaigns, shaping messaging, and ensuring everything is consistent and locally relevant. You’ll be the point person for brand in France, coordinating with local specialists (Performance Marketing, Influencer, CRM, Creative) to align activities across channels.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of brand and communications activities in the French market.
- Plan and oversee cross-channel campaigns together with the respective channel managers.
- Coordinate the work of the local marketing specialists across performance and brand channels to ensure activities are aligned.
- Ensure brand consistency and cultural relevance across all consumer touchpoints, shaping creative briefs, approving assets, and ensuring tone of voice is consistent.
- Guarantee high-quality French copy and messaging, reviewing and supporting content creation where needed.
- Monitor brand perception and competitor activity in the French market; adapt messaging and campaign strategies accordingly.
- Align local campaigns with Munich HQ direction while adapting for the French market.

**Your profile**:

- Native French speaker (mandatory) with excellent written and spoken English.
- 4-5 years of experience in brand, communications, or marketing strategy, ideally in a consumer-facing brand.
- Strong expertise in storytelling, campaign planning, and multi-channel communication.
- Experience in leading projects and aligning multiple stakeholders, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Creative mindset with the ability to turn insights into impactful communication.
- Comfortable being the central point of contact for brand activities in France.
- Willing to travel to Munich on a monthly or bi-monthly basis for team collaboration.

**Nice to Have**
- Background in supplements, wellness, or consumer health
- Experience with marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, E-mail, YouTube, Influencer Marketing, PR...)
