**Job Description**:
**How about you?**

**What you will do**:

- Inspire, drive and develop a motivated team of iOS engineers
- Create team cohesion and promote collaboration
- Monitor your team workload, ensuring that deadlines are met
- Organize some team's rituals and ensure processes are followed
- Working closely with the senior and expert iOS engineers, provide technical direction and improvements of codebase shared across all Deezer apps
- Contribute, with your Engineering Manager, to defining and following the tech vision and to the Community of Practice to improve Deezer iOS stack

**Qualifications**:
**This role is excellent for a person with**:

- A first experience in people management (internship, apprenticeship, mentor-ship, team manager)

- A mindset focused on code performance & quality
- Be open to candid feedback, new perspectives, continuous learning, and self-development
- Able to express ideas in written and spoken English
