Tasks
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and network devices to ensure seamless operation of client infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including operating systems, networking equipment, and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Assist in the deployment and management of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points, to support organizational goals.
- Document and update technical procedures and user guides to enhance knowledge sharing and improve client service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in deskside support and networking, preferably in a multi-national environment.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, wireless communication, and data center operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with an emphasis on providing high-quality customer service.
