To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Finance Project Leader (H/F) This position will be located in La Madeleine.

You will be responsible for:

- Lead Finance transformation projects as part of the evolution of the Performance Model, mainly on the following areas of expertise, in the context of Group Target Operating Model implementation:

- Cash (working capital & investments) : develop efficient processes and tools to assign cash flows to Business units to support the accountability of Business units to Operating & Free cash flow
- Management consolidation (tool and processes) : assess best practices, provide simplification & efficiency, implement new processes and tools (including Master data management) for Management Consolidation allowing the reconciliation with Statutory accounts and the audit in the context of IFRS8 requirements and ERP evolutions (Infor, SAP4, Central Finance)
- Performance monitoring (reporting and enhancement) : set up and improve tools for performance monitoring and enhancement aligned with the accountability defined in the Group Target Operating Model
- Actively participate to Tools and Systems deployments within Digital Architecture:

- The EPM project (Board) : aiming at setting up an EPM as a pivotal tool for Actual, Budget and Forecasting activities. From the accelerated scenario, to leverage current tools, to the targeted design.
- The ERP projects (Infor, SAP 4 ) : contributing to the studies, the definition of the specifications and the design activities to ensure to fit to NPM (program to revamp the performance model for financial performance monitoring) and EPM requirements to achieve targets
- The BI solutions to provide standardize and efficient tools for data visualization and performance monitoring
- The new Digital Architecture for Finance tool : SAP, BI, EPM, datawarehouses and dataplatforms
- The evolution of Master data (profit centers )
- From specifications and studies, to detailed design, UAT/Testing and change management as well as project follow up.
- Actively participate to New Performance Model deployment:

- Assess current practices and propose innovations (rolling based forecast, standard costing ) and improvements based on benchmarks and best practices
- Provide simplification and efficiency and improve data preparation: data readability, data accuracy, consistency checks, new loads, new processes to allocate cost
- Set up and improve tools for monitoring : data visualization, reports standardization(new reports and analysis )
- Contribute to define new practices and rules : management rules, accountability
- Support the transfer of those activities to run teams and the driving of related projects and change within the Community (FP&A, controlling ) : change management, training, communication, support
- Actively participate to Finance Transformation and Innovations : Artificial Intelligence, robotization and automation, standardization and centralization
- Manage project network and external contributors as well as the EPM key users network under the supervision of NPM program leader and EPM Leader
- Manage actions for continuous improvement
- The scope is global and encompass all Functions and topics.

- Good knowledge of current practices in place (Digital, Management rules ) and good understanding of NPM targets
- A strong technical competency on Masterdata management, ERP / SAP, EPM, BI, datawarehouse
- A strong and multi-skilled competency in Finance : FP&A, Controlling, Statutory, Treasury [P&L profitability - Gross Margin, EBITDA, EBIT, Net income ; Balance Sheet & Treasury - Investments, working capital ; Management & Statutory consolidation]
- Fluent in English.
