We are seeking an innovative and strategic Global Head of Content and Digital Communications to lead our digital transformation efforts across global Corporate Communications with a focus on developing consistent storytelling in alignment with our Business and Sustainability imperatives to critical audiences across the full spectrum of established and emerging digital communications platforms. You will be responsible for helping the business understand its audiences and how to talk to them, you’ll play the pivotal role of driving our storytelling across digital channels, developing a consistent and trusted narrative that resonates with our corporate values, and providing editorial guidance to maintain our messaging integrity in any situation. You’ll lead on our website enhancing the user experience across the full client lifecycle, from awareness to renewal and delivering a single global platform fit for the needs of existing and new clients. As such, you are in charge of the definition and implementation of content creation, social media footprint, web galaxy management, e-reputation and consistency of internal & external narratives. You work very closely with key stakeholders to ensure continuous support to the business and reflect BV’s thought leadership, expertise and initiatives, in line with its strategy. In your role, you will be the day-to-day interface for a global group of MarCom experts worldwide, you create a permanent communication flow and ensure the consistency of messages. - **-> Principal Accountabilities**: - Develop and implement a consistent content strategy with an integrated approach to internal & external communications, that supports the mission, vision and short & long-term objectives of the company and ensure that these are reflected in all corporate documents (e.g. Integrated Report, etc) - Develop a cross-content, cross-channel approach and deploy dedicated messages, tools and events for internal and external audiences (e.g. as part of acquisitions, change management programs etc) - Elaborate an integrated editorial strategy for the Group’s digital corporate landscape (website, social media handles), addressing & orchestrating corporate & business as well as central & local needs (ranging from SEO strategy to content production/adjustment, site architecture and employee advocacy programs) - Oversee the development and execution of a cohesive digital communication strategy capable of supporting the full client lifecycle. - Drive the Group’s storytelling across key digital channels, including social media, blogs, and other online platforms, to create awareness and generate interest in our business offerings. - Craft and refine the narrative of the business, ensuring consistency in how we communicate our story to various stakeholders. - Establish and maintain a trusted tone of voice that aligns with our corporate values and resonates with our target audience. - Provide editorial guidance and leadership to the content owners, ensuring all communications are on-message and effectively represent the company’s brand. - Lead the consolidation of multiple Group websites into a single global platform that provides an industry-leading user experience. - Collaborate across departments, regions and countries to support integrated campaigns and initiatives internally and externally. - Stay abreast of digital communication trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas to enhance our digital footprint and put us at the forefront of digital communicators. - Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital communications, making data-driven decisions to improve awareness, engagement and conversion rates. - Support an inclusive and open workplace culture that fosters engagement. - **-> Key Challenges**: - Ensure alignment of the BV network on all Group communication initiatives, while respecting local needs - Promote and protect the BV Brand (Strategic asset for the Company) - Translate our DNA of being “sustainable at core” into all communications collaterals and ESG leadership towards all stakeholders (internal & external) - Implement the relevant infrastructure and tools to support BV’s new strategic roadmap. - **-> Principal interfaces**: - **External**:Communications agencies, Events partners. - **-> Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience**: - 15+ years of work experience in strategic Communications functions (spanning both external / internal), preferably in li
