Head of Education Services Coordination

**To expand the reach of our educational efforts, our Education division is establishing the role of Head of Education Services Coordination. Reporting to the Director of Education Operations, Global, you will lead a team of specialists committed to deploying and promoting vocational and knowledge-sharing programs on our key topics (Sound, Business, Human Skills, Digital & AI, Industry). As the Head of Education Services Coordination, you will ensure seamless integration and deployment of educational initiatives, empowering both our people and our extended community (sound professionals and students, artists; commercial, scientific and educational partners; suppliers) to achieve their full potential.**

Managing the Education Coordination team, your activities will include:
**Coordinating and delivering Education Services globally**:

- Organizing and promoting training sessions for both L-Acoustics’ employees and our wider community online, within L-Acoustics’ offices and third-party locations.
- Administering Digital Learning content offering and certification schemes.
- Organizing and promoting community events (conferences, masterclasses, webinars ).
- Overseeing the certification process for both internal and external trainers, in close collaboration with regional trainer network managers.

**Build and strengthen education partnerships**:

- Driving the expansion of our global educational network by partnering with institutions, universities, and certified training centers.
- Managing relationships and agreements with licensed education partners.
- Supporting grants and initiatives to advance education in emerging and underrepresented markets/ regions.

**Drive operational excellence in education**:

- Designing and implementing dashboards for tracking and reporting education activities, in collaboration with the Education Excellence team.
- Monitoring training performance through specific metrics (attendance, feedback, absences ).
- Managing and optimizing budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency, while suggesting enhancements to improve NPS for trainer/trainee.

**Enhance our digital education ecosystem**:

- Contributing to the development and optimization of our online digital education platform.
- Managing and engaging an online community of 15 000+ users, including L-Acoustics’ employees, partners, customers, and end-users.

**Skills & qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in International Business or related field.
- Experience in music, audiovisual sector is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Native or bilingual English, proficiency in French and German is a plus.
- Technology savvy with good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, PowerBI, Dynamics (CRM and ERP).
- PowerBI report development knowledge is a plus.
- Thrive in a dynamic cross functional and multi-cultural environment.
- Autonomous, highly organized and rigorous.
- Very good didactic approach and writing skills.
- Attention to details and quality of finished work.
- Good social and communication skills.
