?? Contexte & EnjeuxNous recherchons un VP Engineering freelance pour accompagner une équipe de 40 ingénieurs dans un contexte de transformation digitale.
Suite au départ du CTO, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour assurer la stabilité, l?exécution des projets et l?amélioration des pratiques techniques tout en soutenant les Engineering Managers et en alignant la stratégie avec les équipes Produit et Business.
**? Vos missionsManagement & leadership**: Encadrer, motiver et accompagner les 6 à 8 Engineering Managers pour garantir un bon niveau d?engagement et de productivité.
**Exécution & delivery**: Assurer la bonne progression des roadmaps en collaboration avec les équipes Produit & Business.
**Opérations & stabilité**: Superviser les systèmes en production et les outils internes en garantissant leur fiabilité et leur scalabilité.
**Optimisation des pratiques**: Renforcer les standards en développement, testing, CI/CD et opérations avec une approche pragmatique.
**Vision & transformation**: Apporter un regard neuf sur l?organisation et identifier des axes d?amélioration à fort impact, même si vous ne serez pas présent pour les implémenter à long terme.
? Expérience significative en leadership technique dans des environnements à forte échelle
? Capacité à s?intégrer rapidement et à prendre les bonnes décisions dans un contexte de transition
? Solide expérience en management d?équipes tech (idéalement 40+ personnes) avec un encadrement indirect via des Engineering Managers
? Très bon relationnel et capacité à collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Produit et Business
