Within a R&D team Paris OTA (live internal network Nokia 5G Over The AIR) various skills (software validation test 5G network and evaluation of radio performance and maintenance on 5G network pilot in Nozay Technologies involved around this topic are numerous: 5G radio, performance tools for collecting radio measurements and post-processing of measurements into 5G KPI reports. **You can develop in the following areas**: - Radio competence and 5G network maintenance - Radio performance test in mobility, drive tests (B driver's license required) with radio measurement collection tools) in car Paris OTA dedicated to tests on the site of Nokia Nozay - Evaluation and analysis of KPI (Key performance indicator) and network non-regression test before delivery to international operators - Architecture of a 5G network and study of new 5G functionalities sold to operators according to 3GPP 5G evolutions - Work in a dynamic team with a strong team spirit - Language : English - Expected qualities: teamwork, communication **What we offer** Nokia offers flexible and hybrid work arrangements, continuous learning opportunities, wellness programs to support you mentally and physically, opportunities to join and be supported by employee resource groups, mentoring programs and highly diverse teams with an inclusive culture where people thrive are empowered and respected.
