**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a technical lead, architecting and designing complex cloud native and cloud agnostic-based infrastructure for building and scaling our enterprise GenAI platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, applied research, customer success and technology teams contributing to roadmap planning and technology evaluations.
- Passionate about data, cloud infrastructure challenges at scale.
- Be a hands-on engineer who delivers solutions that set the example for rapid innovation, engineering excellence, from architecture to algorithms to implementations
- Mentor and develop engineers, help define and grow the technical culture, and assist in attracting and retaining engineering talent
- Rotating responsibilities for on-call when required
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for cloud solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
- Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training when necessary
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity

**Required Qualifications**:
**Education Experience**:Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

**Core Technical Skills**:

- Five or more years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions on any one of the cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Understanding of and experience with the five pillars of a well-architected framework
- Experience in several of the following areas: database architecture, ETL, artificial intelligence, big data, machine learning

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics
- Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC
- AWS (or GCP/Azure) certification

- Customer Support and Incident Management: Willingness to support customer deployments and participate in the incident management process, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and service reliability.
- Experience building products at hyper-growth startups is preferred.
