Project Coordinator

infeurope S.A. is looking for a Project Coordinator for a European Commission Agency located in Strasbourg, France.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key tasks include**:

- developing and updating policies and programs to ensure compliance with H&S laws and standards,
- monitoring regulatory changes,
- conducting compliance assessments,
- contributing to the formulation of agency strategies for staff health and safety,
- evaluating working conditions and accident prevention measures,
- investigating occupational accidents,
- collecting and analyzing accident data,
- conducting site visits to maintain OHS and maintenance logs,
- assisting in contingency planning,
- identifying external service needs and supporting procurement processes, preparing various documents, networking with EU agencies,
- organizing and promoting H&S training workshops,
- delivering risk assessment training to internal stakeholders,
- and supporting the implementation of Environmental Management System (EMS) and EMAS certification requirements, while also serving as a backup to the environmental specialist.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in the main area of expertise.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- English proficiency level C1
- Ability to think methodically, design, plan, and manage processes and resources; negotiation, supervisory, and leadership skills, combined with the ability to delegate if relevant
- Project management certification is advantageous
