**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer inquiries and process orders efficiently.
- Prepare and issue quotations for spare parts.
- Schedule the preparation and production of spare parts.
- Organize transportation and shipments for parts, grippers, and machines.
- Handle export formalities (DEB & non-EU formalities, excluding customs duties).
- Declare long-term supplier status for products with preferential origin status.
- Ensure timely processing and delivery of spare parts orders.
- Perform invoicing duties as a backup.
- Address customer complaints related to spare parts.
- Participate in continuous quality and improvement initiatives.
- Verify packages before shipment and engage in continuous anomaly/quality processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English.
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Reliable, autonomous, and meticulous.
- Strong team player.
