Coordinateur Adv Pour Cellule de Configuration

**Job Title**:

- Sales Coordinator for Tools Configuration Unit (M/F), on permanent contract

**Main mission**:
The Sales coordinator is responsible for managing the order book in order to respect the client's request schedule. This person will be the first interface for internal and external customers. He will have an important coordination role between the purchasing, planning and shipping teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer inquiries regarding orders/shipping:

- Review all new entries (orders and inquiries) with the buyer and workshop coordinators
- Drive daily/weekly review of configuration cell backlog with Purchasing and Shop Floor team
- Update the schedule on the backlog
- Keep SSD up to date
- Ensure Interface with internal/external customers
- Liaise with shipping department to ensure order closure

On future requests:

- Manage/Review demand Forecast manufacturing items based on historical and marketing data
- Contact details for item creations/nomenclatures
- Implement with the marketing team, data management and the configuration cell any new range of configured products
- Liaise with purchasing department to have item master data completed

**_Key performance indicators:_**
- Delivery: percentage of on-time delivery on the original promised date
- Recording of delivery times by family and comparison with Malt (Market Accepted Lead Time)
- Number of lines processed per month

**_Required Skills :_**
- 3 years experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of forecasting system, preferably Oracle based
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good level of English

Additional skills:

- Good general knowledge of configuration cell products
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be appreciated
