We are looking to recruit a Desktop Image Engineer (M/F) based in Lyon
Qualifications:
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
You have experience in managing BMC/BCM Tools
You have experience in creating operating system images using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and/or System Center Configuration Manager
You have an Advanced knowledge and hands on experience on Microsoft System Center 2012 Configuration Manager
You have experience and hands on MDT/Integration with SCCM and in managing multi-vendor device drivers
as well as creating scripts with VBScript and PowerShell
You have an expert knowledge of the Windows Operating System including a solid understanding of the registry and WMI
You are fluent in English and in French
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform operating system imaging and software and settings deployment services from a customer site
- Image capture, build and testing
- Create, monitor and report on key metrics
- Troubleshoot and correct complex deployment issues
- Follow strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelines; and ensure compliance to service level agreements: generate compliance reports
