As a Trade Marketing Assistant you will play a vital role in supporting the EMEA Marketing team:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overall Brand Management support to EL EMEA Regional Director
- Day to day coordination with EL EMEA regional brand team (all functions) + support to EMEA markets
- Will work on segments of EL EMEA LRP Strategy & Budget FY26-FY28
- Will plan and lead the Pan European Retailers CY26 Brand Show Presentations (Sephora, Douglas)
- Will work on execution plans of Pan European Retailers CY25 activations in coordination with retailer and internal C&BD team
- Analyze and prepare monthly report on Pan European Players (Sephora, Douglas) business performance and present to the regional brand team / markets.
- Will support Online team with Pan European Pure Player FY26 Brand Show Prep. (Notino, Zalando)
- Work and support in prep for annual brand RRT (July 2025)
- Ad-hoc Business requests like key strategic initiatives, mitigation plans, net extra proposals (sizing the opportunity on recruitment strategy for the brand) etc.

**Qualifications**

**Available 6 months starting January 25**

**internship agreement mandatory**
- Currently in the Final Year of a Business School, Bac +4/5 with education or working experience in retail, sales, business and analysis, marking would be beneficial as well.
- A first experience in a similar position is appreciated
- Strong communication skills
- Autonomous, self-starter, organized and with strong communication and analytical skills are essential
- Strongly motivated, who would enjoy working with people.
- Proficient in Excel and PPT (mandatory)
- Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other European language can be considered as an advantage
