Ui/ux Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated UI/UX Designer Intern to join our team. This role will be focused on improving the usability and user experience of our robotic service management system, FLOW, designed to be used by non-technical users through a low code/no code approach.

FLOW is an innovative environment designed for the intuitive creation and management of service workflows. It combines a visual interface with an object-oriented, low-code development environment, making it accessible to users with mínimal programming knowledge. FLOW's core challenge lies in effectively organizing and visualizing its foundational components - APIs, data flows, dependencies, algorithms, etc., in a manner that feels natural and straightforward to its users.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct a thorough analysis of the current system's UI/UX to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Generate innovative design concepts to improve usability and user interaction, with an emphasis on both immediate and long-term solutions, such as the integration of natural language processing and large language models (LLMs).
Redesign and prototype user interfaces to prioritize simplicity and visual appeal.
Collaborate closely with front-end developers to implement the redesigned interfaces.
Perform in-house quality assurance testing on the UI/UX and implement necessary adjustments.
Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing ideas and receiving feedback on design proposals.

Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma, with a good understanding of other prototyping tools.
- Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and familiarity with main principles of back-end technologies (server logic, API integration, front-end and back-end communication).
- Proven experience in UI/UX design methods, including wireframing, creating user journeys, and developing personas based on user research.
- A portfolio showcasing your design skills, attention to detail, and creative thought process.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Outstanding creative, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills for presenting design ideas and justifications.
