Marketplace Specialist

The digitalization of Dorel company and the growth of e-commerce sales (direct-to-consumer and e-retail) are key pillars of our strategic plan.

To support the strong growth of our brands (Maxi Cosi, Bebe Confort, Tiny Love, Safety 1st), we are strengthening our B2B/ B2C e-commerce team and recruiting a **Marketplace Specialist** (M/F) dedicated to specific European & Export markets.

**Your mission**

Collaborating closely with Export & Ecommerce European team, you will:

- Manage the daily commercial relationship with dedicated marketplaces
- Define & execute design / Shop in shop framework & brand content
- Ensure flawless daily operations: product listings, SEO, catalog updates, demand and stock planning, pricing and promotions
- Build and implement promotional offers and improve the customer experience
- Respond to calls for tender from professional resellers at Alibaba B2B Portal
- Define and execute the right advertising plan
- Develop and implement marketing and merchandising campaigns to drive traffic
- Analyze performance data (sell-out, budget, forecasts) and turn insights into action
- Assist with content creation and optimization for key third-party marketplaces
- Support the launch and operational setup of Fulfillment process (FBA), including inventory planning, shipment creation, and performance monitoring

**Votre profil**:

- **Education and Experience**: bachelor’s or master’s degree with minimum 2 years of post-secondary education in business, marketing, digital, or e-commerce. Marketplaces business experience including fulfillment.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of digital marketing techniques and marketplaces management.
- Proficiency with e-commerce tools (Shopify, Channel Engine, Mirakl, Shopping feed is a plus)
- Ability to analyze KPIs and propose corrective actions
- Strong Excel skills
- Skills in SEO and product listing optimization.
- **Personal Skills**:

- Organized, rigorous, and proactive.
- Dynamic and a good team player.
- Good communication skills and customer service skills. Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curious and willing to test new projects on E-Commerce channel
- Able to work in full autonomy within an international organization
