We’re on the hunt for a **Brand Ambassador & Content Creator** — Paradox isn’t just a company. It’s a movement.

And like every powerful movement, it needs _a face_ — a voice that people trust, follow, and return to day after day for inspiration, insight, and transformation.

We want YOU to become one of the new faces of Paradox. This is about building our **personal brand visibility and credibility** — by becoming a content-driven ambassador for our vision. You’ll craft a body of work that **educates, engages and evangelizes** our Iconic brand — one that connects with millions and ignites powerful change.

For us, being Iconic is to innovate at the intersection of Psychology x Creativity x Technology.

**This is a part time / contract based position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubaï, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch**

**French and English fluency is required.**

**YOUR MISSION**:
As our **Personal Brand Ambassador**, you will become the _storyteller-in-chief_ for Paradox — elevating our voice, growing an audience of raving fans, and expanding our impact through personal brand content that _actually matters_.

You’ll be the creative engine behind short-form videos that feel native, not corporate — real and _impossible to ignore_.

This is a role for a builder. A digital storyteller. A camera-facing content machine with a creative eye, a **social-first brain with an obsession with what**_actually works_** online.**

Our sources of inspiration are Apple, Nike, Spotify, Disney for their obsession of excelling, having a worldwide impact and not just selling products but **crafting experiences.**

To do so, here are your 3 responsibilities:
1 | CREATE MAGNETIC PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT
- Build a full content pipeline (from ideation to publication) for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
- Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual)
- Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale
- Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains — and always aligns with our values and voice
- Develop your own on-camera presence — charismatic, confident, and true to our brand personality

2 | ANALYSE & OPTIMIZE WHAT WORKS
- Review performance data weekly — iterate & build on content that is resonating, converting, and driving real engagement
- Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time
- Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence — your KPIs are audience growth, engagement, and credibility
- Design and implement forward-thinking content strategies, taking into account the various growth factors (audience peak, formats naturally boosted by the algorithm and so on).
- Play with new trends and keep up to date with the news to adapt our content and be as much as possible in resonance with our audience and its current issues or envies.

3 | BUILD & NURTURE OUR COMMUNITY
- Engage with followers directly — responding to comments, joining conversations, and shaping culture
- Source powerful testimonials and stories from our audience to feature in content
- Identify strategic voices to collaborate with — guests, co-creators, future ambassadors
- Become a trusted, authentic presence in the spaces where our audience lives and grows
