**LoungeUp by D-EDGE** is a specialized solution within D-EDGE, holding a leading position in Europe in the field of CRM solutions for the hospitality industry. Designed to support hotels and other tourism professionals in managing and personalizing the guest relationship, LoungeUp fully aligns with D-EDGE’s mission to provide cutting-edge technology to the hospitality sector.

Around thirty team members are dedicated to LoungeUp, working across several locations: Paris (rue des Archives, 3rd arrondissement) for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; Toulouse for Development; and Barcelona for Sales in Spain and Customer Support.

The LoungeUp SaaS platform enhances the guest experience across hotels, holiday resorts, campsites, and serviced apartments, while also boosting the sale of ancillary services. It streamlines guest data management, supporting the growing demand for personalized service in a highly competitive environment.

**Your mission**:
Today, we are looking for a Technical Leader to drive our R&D team (8 people) and shape the future of our hospitality tech solutions. You’ll be in charge of driving the design and development of scalable, high-performance products that power the best-in-class CRM solution for hospitality. You’ll mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and work closely with Product Managers and DevOps to deliver reliable and innovative solutions.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers in building robust, scalable SaaS products.
- Define technical architecture and ensure alignment with our tech strategy and best practices
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business needs into actionable development plans
- Provide mentorship and code reviews to help developers grow and maintain code quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and DevOps practices.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of production systems.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in a Technical Leadership role.
- Strong expertise in backend or full-stack development (our stack in a few words : Go, Postgresql, NATS, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, React, React native, PHP).
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs and container-based environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for mentoring and growing development teams.
