Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in supply chain, business or finance analysis
- Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

We are looking for an outstandingly talented, analytical, driven, experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst that can excel at driving strategic initiatives with senior management. You will be responsible for building analytical tools, leveraging data, and driving operational improvement and change initiatives in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and in alignment with senior management.

This is a highly visible position, critical to the company's operations and forward capability as we continue the fast-paced growth and scale-up of our fulfillment network.

Key job responsibilities
To support this vision, we are seeking a Business Analyst to build analytical tools that will ultimately be a key driver in driving the growth of the company. You will leverage our data to drive operational efficiencies, provide key data-driven insights, enable new opportunities and innovate on behalf of business customers. You will drive future solutions that will impact how we capture new customers and delight our existing ones, and you'll have a lot of fun along the way

As you further your career as a Business Analyst at Amazon, you will focus on improving reporting and data visualization. You will research performance data, discover and solve real world problems and build metrics and business cases to make strategic business recommendations. We are focused on your success and want to build and support passionate innovators within Amazon Business.
Manage and execute entire components of large projects from start to finish including data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.

Providing customer insights as new initiatives are being identified, prioritized, implemented and deployed.

Generating actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards and deep dive analyses.

Developing the next generation data & analytics infrastructure to enable Amazon Business to support its customers.

Serving as a business metrics guru and insight provider in the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or analytical discipline
- Experience with SQL and Python
- Experience with data visualization using Quicksight, or similar tools
