Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Saint-Tropez, set to open in 2025. Our luxurious venue will embody the dynamic energy and sophistication that this iconic destination is known for. Featuring elegant outdoor dining, Zuma Saint-Tropez will be the ultimate dinning destination in the region

**Main Duties**
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide warm, efficient service that enhances guest satisfaction
- Keep the pass area organized and monitor tables to anticipate service needs
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience
- Set up the restaurant to standards and follow cleaning routines to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Stay informed about the menu and products to confidently assist guests
- Support new team members through training and guidance, helping them deliver exceptional service

- Proven experience as a chef de rang in a luxury high-volume restaurant
