Fullstack Developer

_Full time - Paris or hybrid remote - €55/70k + equity_ **Responsibilities**: - Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy. - Be an active contributor within the Fullstack squad owning Kiln user-facing products (Dashboard, dApp, Widget). - Design, develop and implement new features: - 70% frontend (e.g. using our design system to build new features or adding new components to it ). - 30% backend (e.g. implement the transaction crafting part for a new protocol ). - Participate in code review, test and CI/CD processes, bug fixing, and code maintenance. - Interact with customers for debugging purposes and product discovery. - Make sure we respect any software security norms (Kiln is a SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 company). - Actively suggest continuous improvement of Kiln's platform and engineering practices. - Communicate with other Kiln teams to help them understand the Software roadmap and technical challenges. **Stack**: TypeScript, React, PHP, Laravel, REST API **_ Other engineering stacks_**_: Software (Golang); Smart contract (Solidity); Infrastructure (Kubernetes)_ **Requirements**: - ** +3 years of experience as a Software Engineer** (Backend, Frontend, or Fullstack), designing, building, and deploying user-facing and **API-based products**. - ** Proven TypeScript and React programming skills** — professional experience in a production environment. - Familiar with software development best practices (Test, CI/CD, DevOps, Security ). - Previous experience collaborating in a team-based development environment is required (sprints, code reviews, standups, problem-solving sessions). - Curiosity and ability to dig into a topic and follow through. - ** Ability to balance between impact and thoroughness** in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in both **French** and English. **Nice-to-have**: - ** PHP/Laravel** programming skills. - Familiar with blockchain ecosystem, Ethereum Virtual Machine and smart contracts. - Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage startup. - Living close to Paris or London **About Kiln**: Kiln is the leading **enterprise-grade staking platform**, enabling institutional customers to stake assets, and to whitelabel staking functionality into their offering.
