**The position**:
Meetic relies heavily on data to manage its activities, and is constantly developing the use of this asset. In this context, the Data & Analytics team is at the crossroads of key developments.

**Your daily missions**:

- Business Partner:
With the help of team analysts, identify the best performance indicators and help monitor them.

Carry out analyses and communicate conclusions.

Increase the analytical maturity of people you collaborate with
- Analytics engineer:
Implement the best response to a data need.

Use advanced mathematical methods with the help of data scientists.

Collaborate continuously with IT teams to guarantee data availability.
- Project manager support:
Support the team's data analysts on large-scale projects in line with the company's rhythm.

Help coordinate the various collaborators involved (internal and external).

Participate in communication on progress, risks and achievement of objectives.

**Qualifications**:
You have a degree in engineering or a Master's in mathematics/computer science, and you are fluent in English. You enjoy discovering new scientific methods and challenging existing ones. You keep in mind the purpose of your work: to facilitate business decisions.
- You have a good command of SQL or are curious enough to learn it quickly.
- You have excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills.
- We count on your technical skills and rigorous scientific approach, which we'll be able to develop together.
- Working with Excel and Powerpoint doesn't scare you
- You're curious, creative, proactive and open-minded; you have ideas and share them.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English.

**Nice-to-have skills**:

- PL/SQL programming
- Mastery of Qlikview or other BI tools
- Programming in VBA, R, Python
- Advanced knowledge of mathematics/statistics

**Hiring Process**:
A first 30-min Zoom conversation with **Guillaume** (Recruiter)

A 90-min onsite meeting including a live use case with **Claire** (Data & Analytics Director)

A 30-min Zoom meeting with **Marie** (Payment Data Analyst Manager)

A final 60-min onsite or Zoom interview with **Marc** (Sr. Director Finance & Analytics) and **Belinda** (Sr People Manager)

On your initial days, the HR Team and your team will make sure you start under excellent conditions.
