**Overall Purpose**:
**Supporting the overall in-region people strategy, the Apprentice - Human Resources Projects focuses for the French-based entities on**:
- **
providing general support, data analysis, Key Performance Indicators’ follow up and communications/ presentations on different topics in relation with HR projects, processus improvement and social affairs.**
- ** contributing to events’ organization and animation in relation to Well-being, Engagement & Diversity.**
**The position holder works under the responsibility of the Country HRBP and in partnership with other Global HR Team members and managers. The scope of the HR action is related to the two entities based in France.**
**As an active member of the Verizon Team throughout the world, the person will also ensure working effectively in line with Verizon’s Code of Conduct and the organizational culture.**
**This position provides an intensive, fast track development opportunity for an early-in-career people professional seeking to progress into a Human Resources Business Partner/Projects position internally or externally.**
**Principal Job Responsibilities**:
**1/ General support, data analysis and presentations**:
- ** Follow up and update of Key Performance Indicators related to headcount, skills and employment, gender equity, remuneration, development & training, absences.**
- ** Preparation of presentations used for Work council meetings, management meetings and for presentations to the employees.**
- ** Manage autonomously the working time review's campaign, the analysis of it afterward and further follow up with the Employees/ managers when necessary.**
- ** Quarterly update of the Social database and for the Statistics Authorities**
- ** Communication note to the employees about the local approaches of policies (trainees & apprenticeship management, absence management, return-to-work after sickness, etc.)**
- ** Vendor & invoice set up.**
**2/ Risk prevention, well-being, diversity**:
- ** Participate in coordinating and implementing the prevention’s action plan in coordination with EHS, Occupational health service, Disability authorities, WC, etc.**
- ** Organize events for the employees.**
**Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications & Competencies, Qualifications**:
**Business school or Master, preferably in human resources management or labor law**
**Experience**:
**Demonstrated experience of work in English language**
**Previous experience in a HR social related position - desirable**

**Finalité**:
**Le/la Chargé/e de mission et projets RH en alternance contribue à soutenir la stratégie globale en matière de ressources humaines dans la région en participant plus précisément dans le contexte des entités françaises aux projets RH et à l’amélioration des processus relatifs au cycle de vie de l'emploi, à la formation, au développement de l’engagement ainsi qu’à la prévention des risques.**
**Le titulaire du poste travaille sous la responsabilité du HRBP du pays et en partenariat avec d'autres membres et responsables de l'équipe RH EMEA. Le périmètre d’action comprend deux entités en France.**
