Objective and mission

Scope of activities:

- Labor force of more than 1,000 people or
- A labor force of around 500 people in a specific sector of the Group with international coordination

To carry out some or all of the following activities:

- Prepare the HR policy rollout plan for your scope of responsibility in accordance with business challenges, ; and ensure policy implementation
- In accordance with Group HR policy, bring forward HR policy priority action plans for the Region, have them validated by your functional manager, and ensure their deployment and monitoring
- Advise and support the Operations Department on team management issues
- Manage a team partly made up of HR Managers. Manage the shared Regional Service Center team and coordinate the HR function within the reference catchment area
- Manage an international scope, where necessary.
- Propose the operating budget for your scope of responsibility and contribute to budget construction (headcount/MS). Ensure compliance with the overall HR budget (operations, headcount, payroll, etc.), and make any necessary trade-offs within your own scope of responsibility.
- Represent the executive management team in employee relations management scenarios. Maintain positive employee relations within your scope of responsibility, lead local negotiations, and ensure a positive employee relations environment in accordance with the policy set by the Employee Relations Department.
- Conduct people reviews and manage succession plans with support from the HR Development Team, promote employee development and manage mobility within your scope of responsibility
- Consolidate and ensure compliance with the pay policy within your scope of responsibility (RVCs, AIs, etc.)
- Chair Preventive Health & Safety meetings and act as the prime point of contact for Occupational Health Services
- Represent the company within its employment catchment area and build relationships with local partners (DIRECCTE, UIMM, etc.)
- Manage Group projects in accordance with the strategic plan, when required to do so
- Ensure compliance with legislation within your scope of responsibility, and resolve disputes with input from the Employee Relations Manager
- Advise the HRD on appropriate solutions to individual or collective conflict situations, and ensure implementation of the solution adopted
- Lead and coordinate internal communication, manage the proper implementation of Group internal communication within your scope of responsibility, and coordinate information feedback
- Ensure deployment of the CSR policy within your scope of responsibility, suggest actions appropriate to the employment catchment area, and ensure that the adaptations are made.- Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization

The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
