- Operations Manager, Air Export M/F

**Position requirements and constraints (working hours )**:

- Mondays to Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

**Job description**:

- Support team members on all airfreight forwarding related administration and activities
- Prepare management and analytical reports including BSA reports, KPIs, etc. to facilitate business decision making and process improvement
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (e.g. service providers) to facilitate the team workflow
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects at Greater China level as required by the Management

**Applicant's profile**:

- Diploma or above, degree holder preferred
- 3 years of working experience, preferably from airfreight forwarding industry
- Good data analytical skills
- Knowledge of operational requirements and regulatory compliance would be advantageous
- Good communication skill and detail-minded
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus
