Dans le cadre des activités de GE Steam Power Service, vous assurerez sur chantier le management des équipes en appui du Chef de chantier pour les interventions sur les turbines à vapeur en centrale de production d’énergie.

**CHEF D EQUIPE TURBINES**

Missions principales :_**
- Sous la responsabilité fonctionnelle du chef de chantier, au quotidien, vous serez en charge de :_
- _ Superviser les équipes sur les travaux de montage, maintenance et réparation_
- _ Assurer la sécurité et renforcer la culture EHS de l’ensemble des intervenants sous sa responsabilité dans le respect des règles du Groupe_
- _ S’approprier les instructions d’intervention et préparer les travaux (anticipation des besoins d’outillage, pièces de rechange )_
- _ Encadrer votre équipe de mécaniciens sur le terrain_
- _ Garantir le respect des temps d’intervention_
- _ Rendre compte de l’avancement des travaux (passage de consignes,)_
- _ Réaliser le suivi Qualité et la traçabilité des travaux (PV, rapports, suivi plan Qualité,)_

Qualifications/Requirements :_**
- _ De formation Bac+2 en mécanique (ou expérience/connaissance équivalentes) avec déjà une première expérience en chantier (dans la maintenance idéalement)._
- _ Vous maîtrisez les contrôles mécaniques et dimensionnels._
- _ Maîtrise du français obligatoire (écrit/oral) et anglais opérationnel._
- _ Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word / Excel)._
- _ Le poste - Itinérant à 100 % - est rattaché fonctionnellement au chef de chantier et hiérarchiquement au Responsable de Service Client et le lieu de travail est fonction des chantiers / sites concernés._
