**Your Mission**:
As the **Treasury Administrator for France**, you will manage funding, liquidity, and foreign exchange risks for the sites and entities under your responsibility. You will manage cash operations execution and control in your hosting entity, liaising with banks and Group Treasury. Ensure the control and coordination of treasury matters for all entities based in the assigned regions. Supervise and coordinate the use and evolution of treasury-dedicated systems and tools. Participate in finance transformation projects.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the execution of cash operations in the hosting entity on a daily basis, acting as the liaison between banks and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the analysis and management of Foreign Exchange (FX) risks related to commercial operations in the hosting entity.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of adequate FX risk cover solutions in entities under their responsibility.
- Lead the evaluation and coverage of the liquidity requirements of the European cash pool (11 companies) on a daily basis.
- Lead the treasury controlling for entities under their responsibility, including financial risks, debt, and liquidity management, as well as related reporting.
- Drive and monitor compliance with all relevant treasury policies (central and local), ensure their updating, and propose new relevant policies when necessary.
- Ensure the adequate use of treasury tools and systems by the entities under their responsibility.
- Participate in, and in some cases lead, selected treasury-related transformation projects, particularly related to systems and tools.
- Lead the preparation of treasury reports for the hosting entity: cash flow forecasting and actuals, monthly FX hedging report, and ensure similar reporting is performed adequately by the local sites under their responsibility

**Your Profile**:
To thrive in this position, you need to demonstrate the following key skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Finance / Controlling or Master's Degree or equivalent qualification in Corporate Treasury
- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, with at least 2 years spent in the treasury department of a multinational company
- Relevant finance or treasury qualification, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and SAP ECC or 4HANA
- Ability to evaluate and manage all FX/liquidity risks, with knowledge of FX risk management instruments
- Proficiency in MS Office, payment systems, treasury systems, Coupa-Belin, and electronic banking systems
- Cross-functional project management skill set
- Fluent in English: full ability to communicate and work in English
- A second language would be a plus
