Pour notre client, un groupe international œuvrant dans la conception, la fabrication, l'installation et la maintenance de systèmes de câbles sous-marins, nous recherchons un Business Process Owner - Interface Métier.
En tant qu’expert et interface clé entre les équipes métiers et les solutions opérationnelles, vous serez en charge de définir, mettre en œuvre et déployer les processus métiers cibles dans le domaine fonctionnel assigné.
Dans ce cadre, vos responsabilités incluent:
- **Animer un réseau d’experts et de référents** : Vous mobilisez et coordonnez un réseau de référents et spécialistes afin de collecter de manière exhaustive les besoins métiers et valider leur implémentation dans le futur modèle opérationnel.
- **Piloter et organiser le projet** : Vous assurez la gestion complète du projet, depuis la collecte et la validation des besoins métiers, jusqu’à la définition et la validation des tests, en passant par l’élaboration d’un programme de formation et d’un plan de communication adapté.
- **Implémenter les processus**: Vous déployez les processus métiers en vous appuyant prioritairement sur les standards des outils informatiques existants.
- **Agir comme interface métier** : Vous facilitez les échanges entre les équipes métiers, les équipes IT, et les partenaires externes pour garantir une mise en œuvre cohérente des solutions.
- **Gérer les partenariats**: Vous participez activement aux appels d'offres pour sélectionner les intégrateurs et éditeurs les plus adaptés garantissant ainsi la réussite du programme.
- **Assurer la maîtrise budgétaire** : Vous veillez au respect des budgets prévisionnels, en assurant un suivi rigoureux et en proposant des ajustements si nécessaire.
**Requirements**:
Pour ce poste de **Business Process Owner - Interface Métier**, nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) disposant des compétences et qualités suivantes:
- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent (Bac+5), idéalement complété par une spécialisation en gestion de projets, management ou transformation des organisations.
- Expérience significative (5 à 10 ans) dans un rôle similaire, incluant la gestion de projets complexes, la mise en œuvre de processus métiers et un rôle d’interface entre les équipes métiers et les équipes IT ou techniques.
- Expertise dans les environnements industriels ou techniques, idéalement liés aux systèmes de câbles sous-marins ou à l’ingénierie.
- Solide maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet
- Expérience dans l’organisation et la gestion d’appels d’offres pour sélectionner des partenaires technologiques.
- Capacité à piloter des projets impliquant de multiples parties prenantes, en respectant des contraintes de délais et de budgets.
- Capacité à identifier les besoins métiers, à proposer des solutions adaptées et à les traduire en processus opérationnels
- Capacité à animer un réseau d’experts et à fédérer les équipes autour d’objectifs communs.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais indispensable pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
