The Merchant Coordination Director will be responsible for orchestrating all transversal merchant projects across Europe. This role serves as the primary liaison between the central European Merchant team, country-level merchant teams, and the Retail Director. Key responsibilities include coordinating essential business presentations, such as strategic plans, pre-budget and budget presentations, as well as managing the Offer Leadership Team meetings and Brand Summits. The Director will ensure seamless communication and alignment across all stakeholders to drive strategic merchant initiatives.
**_You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- **
- **Lead Supply Chain collaboration with brands in coordination with Central, Offer, and Supply teams**
- Define the roadmap, brand segmentation by collaboration level and reporting.
- Manage interactions with suppliers, define and monitor action plans.
- Implement new management approaches for newly onboarded brands.Prepare onboarding materials for new suppliers.
**Be responsible for the internal Supply Chain performance of the brands**
- Analyze, secure and share data.
- Communicate Supply performance by brand to internal stakeholders, top management, and the Central Brands Committee.
- Provide tools and produce reporting for Offer teams.
- Relay Supply Chain indicators and priorities: data analysis, trend identification, communication of results to stakeholders (depreciation, returns, alerts, etc.).Promote Supply Chain topics through process documentation, training and communication.
**Project Manager for cross-functional Offer x Supply x Brands collaboration**
- Develop and implement collaborative solutions (new technologies, new processes, etc.) to improve Supply Chain and Offer efficiency and productivity (e.g., reverse planning, sales processes, Christmas tracking ).
- Play a key role in flow transformation / negotiation partnership: analyses and simulations, optimization projects, data management, and formalization of purchasing and distribution flows.
- Manage new or upcoming needs (expiry dates, Agec compliance, samples, Logistic Network Design, etc.).
- Be a reference for cross-functional Offer x Supply topics within major projects.
- Contribute to launch-related tool projects: new data model, historical data migration.
- Ensure data alignment with Global teams.
- Contribute to the Global Product Classification project in collaboration with other regions (USA, Middle East, Asia ).Manage and upgrade tools and data used to pilot brand performance.

- Graduate from a generalist engineering school or a business school
- Strong previous experience as a Data Analyst within a Supply Chain field
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a strong interest in digital tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, pedagogical approach, and ability to influence
- Able to take a step back, with a pragmatic mindset
- Dynamic, curious, and proactive
- Fluent in EnglishStrong interest in retail and cosmetics**Position based in Neuilly, with two monthly trips to Orléans**
