SKINCARE PROJECT BUYER - LUXURY - CDI

RESPONSIBILITIES

**As our Skincare Project Buyer, you are responsible for**:
Internal stakeholders & supplier relationship management Sourcing, RFQ, Timing & Cost drive Project management for successful launches

**Your main focus**: Be the procurement spokesperson for the brand, working closely with the multifunctional team, from marketing brief to launches on the market, ensuring cost, timing & leadtimes objectives are met Manage the relationship with suppliers to build constructive & sustainable relationships Monitor & Report procurement activities within the community (Budget forecast, CAPEX expenses, Procurement strategies ).

The team consists of 1 Lead Buyer and you will work closely together with several departments such as R&D Packaging, R&D formula, Finance, Internal project managers, Operation team (planning, supply chain leader ). YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like working with various stakeholders, as an experienced Skincare Project Manager, you have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that:
Around 4 years' experience, You have a Purchasing experience in cosmetic industry or Purchasing experience in purchasing in relatable industries as a project buyer (têxtile, leather goods, pharmaceutical industry ) Agility/ flexibility - being able to navigate through a complex environment without strict & defined rules, and be able to be creative/proactive to find innovative solutions & work out of the scope Humility / Maturity / Diplomacy Team spirit oriented Very good interpersonal/communication skills English is a must / French - highly advised.
