**Summary / Purpose of the mission**

**Setting the tone of a control environment **on the Global level, acting as a **Finance Business Partner **to all other functions, establishing trust and quick understanding of the business processes, risks and controls.

Contributing to maintain a reliable control environment, protecting company’s assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.

**Main Responsibilities / Job expectations**

Missions:

- Ensure the implementation of the Internal Control framework and procedures in close collaboration with local entities and global functions
- Prepare and monitor the internal control self-assessment campaign & follow up on the progress of the action plan execution
- Support the Finance teams of the various Group subsidiaries in implementing the recommendations of Self-assessment, Internal Audit and/or the Statutory Audits
- Develop and enhance group procedures to support operational staff, manage the deployment of communications and training related to procedures.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of user access rights reviews and authorizations to information systems (SAP).
- Intervene on Group projects within Finance as a guarantor of compliance with internal control

**Qualification**

Experience & Qualifications:
Bac+4/5 Business School or University. You are preparing a master’s in finance (Internal control, Audit, Information systems)

Languages:
English - fluent

French - optative

**Technical competencies**

Key Technical Competencies Required:

- Ideally to have a first internship experience in the field of internal control or audit
- With very good interpersonal skills, understanding but firm, to be comfortable in daily exchanges with different employees / senior managers / other functions / different countries around the globe.
- International openness and basic knowledge of the different functions / departments of the company is required.
- Agile, autonomous, and proactive, be ready to communicate on your achievements.
- Rigorous and concise, to be ready to compile information in different formats.
- Curious, reliable and responsive, you know how to meet deadlines and your commitments.
- At ease with computer tools, master the office pack.
