**Mission**:
TreeFrog's business is booming, thanks to the 150 “Froggies” (employees, interns and work-study students) who have joined us over the years to help us go from strength to strength.

Today, we are looking for an intern in the « Techno R&D » department. You will be part of the physics research team composed of 5 froggies specialized in fluid mechanics, electromagnetism, soft matter and biophysics.

Under the supervision of the encapsulation lead scientist, and working closely with the whole team, **your main mission will be to upgrade the encapsulation set up and perform analysis in order to optimize the produced capsules**.

On a day-to-day basis, your activities will be:

- Perform bibliography research.
- Manage the integration of a new technological device for encapsulation and characterize the limits of the device (parametric study, data analysis).
- Design, execute, and interpret encapsulation experiments (experiment design, data collection and analysis, interpretation).

**Profile**:
You are a Master/Engineer student in microfluidics, fluid mechanics, soft matter and/or biophysics.

You have the following skills:

- Fluid mechanics, soft matter and/or electronics
- Technical skills that include handling of viscous liquids, microscopic objects, and basic optical systems
- Scientific rigor and good experimental practices to define and carry an experimental plan
- Being curious, autonomous, and have good learning skills

Knowledge of English is required as the internship supervisor is English-speaking.

**Salary**: 1050 euros gross/month (for BAC+5 level)
