**Senior Designer, Shoes - Non Apparel**

ANINE BING is seeking a **Senior Designer specializing in shoes** to support the development of innovative and high-quality footwear collections that align with the brand's modern aesthetic and heritage values.

This role is based out of our Paris HQ.

**Responsibilities**
- Present seasonal concepts and designs to the team, building presentation boards to showcase inspiration, materials, and silhouettes.
- Sketch and design seasonal footwear collections, creating detailed tech packs with accurate specifications and construction details.
- Source materials, trims, and components that meet quality standards and align with design requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Technical Design, to ensure adherence to the time and action calendar and development deadlines.
- Oversee the fitting process from Development through Production, ensuring design integrity and functionality are maintained.
- Research market trends, competitor products, and new materials to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects and seasons simultaneously, meeting milestone deadlines for presentations and production schedules.
- Work closely with the Senior Designer and VP of Design to align footwear collections with ANINE BING's brand codes and business strategy.
- Uphold design integrity and quality execution throughout the development process, from concept to market.
- Support special projects, including VIP and custom-made footwear designs.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in fashion, industrial, or footwear design preferred, with 6+ years of experience in footwear design; contemporary or luxury brand experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of footwear design techniques, construction, materials, and market trends, with exceptional taste level and attention to detail.
- Proficient in sketching and illustrating footwear designs, as well as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, and Word.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines while delivering clear and compelling presentations.
- A collaborative, creative, and innovative team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for design.
