**Job Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
The position is responsible for the sourcing and contract oversight of the international correspondent network and other global partners for AXA Partners’ assistance activity, such as car rental activity or vehicle repatriation services, delivering value through customer quality outcomes, financial claim cost and meeting compliance & sustainability objectives.

It provides support for the international green card claims management, on behalf of AXA Group’s insurance entities. It also takes the lead in driving compliance with all relevant AXA group standards throughout the correspondent network and extending this to ensure adherence within the Provider Network departments in AXA Partners’ countries.

As Procurement, Compliance & Global Providers Manager, your main responsabilities will be to:

- Lead the insurance contract procurement activity, with support from central procurement functions as required, for mobility related activities e.g. vehicle rental and vehicle repatriation arrangements, and the correspondent network in territories where AXA Partners does not have its own footprint.
- Act as a point of escalation from individual countries with the vehicle rental partners and ensure reporting on overall contract performance is in place and monitored, with intervention when required to protect value for AXA Partners, such as where rebates are due. Be the overall lead contract manager for the global vehicle rental organisations.
- Manage certain Correspondent network partners, including managing renewals and/or the sourcing of new partners according to contractual requirements working closely with the international claims manager.
- Ensure that all insurance procurement and partner management activity is aligned with the AXA Group Standards Handbook. This includes monitoring and driving compliance of such standards in countries’ network activities through collaboration with Heads of Networks and external correspondent organisations.
- To develop a working understanding and procurement support for the management of the green card network for all AXA Insurance entities, ensuring business resilience and continuity for this and the correspondent network activity amongst the team.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience of procuring insurance related services e.g. RFPs and working with business stakeholders including central procurement and legal teams.
- Experience of managing high value contracts across, ideally in multiple jurisdictions.
- Reporting of contract performance.
- Managing various stakeholders and working in a matrix organisation.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
- Great communicator with strong influencing capability
- Familiar with governance frameworks and compliance topics
- Knowledge of the motor insurance and/or assistance sectors
- English speaker is essential
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
