En qualité de Chef de Projet Relation Client vous aurez comme principales missions d'assurer un rôle de chef de projet et de coordinateur pour les sujets d’implémentation liés au Cash Management (exemple : ajout de comptes au Cash pool, déploiement de nouveaux canaux Cash Management etc ). Vous gérerez les incidents de production Cash Management, en mesurant les impacts et en assurant la communication vers le client.

Vous analyserez les dysfonctionnements, déterminerez leurs causes et proposerez des actions correctives.

A ce poste, vous serez garant du niveau de qualité des services fournis au client et vous participerez aux initiatives transverses déployées pour améliorer l’expérience client.

Enfin, vous organiserez, piloterez et animerez les réunions externes (avec le client) et internes (avec les contributeurs).

Oui, si vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience et une solide culture en Cash Management, une appétence pour la conduite de projet en mode agile ainsi qu’un fort esprit d’initiative et un bon relationnel. Vous êtes proactif et rigoureux, orienté client et résultats, et reconnu pour vos capacités d’organisation. Enfin, ce poste nécessite un niveau de français et d’anglais courant.
