**The Role**

As a Lead Analytics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy by transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with various departments, including Revenue, Growth, Brands, Ops, and Sales, providing data-driven recommendations and uncovering opportunities for growth and optimization.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Build and maintain data pipelines.
- Generate insights and reports that drive decision-making across departments.
- Work autonomously to design and execute analyses, turning raw data into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data extraction and transformation.
- Utilize Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver relevant insights.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide data support for special projects.
- Continuously adapt to evolving business requirements and changing data landscapes.
- Over 5 years of experience as an Analytics Engineer, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Intermediate proficiency in Python for data analysis.
- Prior experience with Looker is a significant advantage.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
