**About the role**

The role consists in supporting the whole FP&A organization whose mission is enabling decision-making through advanced data / financial analyses and managing operational and financial performance.

You will report to the FP&A Manager - Operations and join a team of 5 talents.

**What You'll Do**:

- Participate in the automation, optimization and acceleration of closing and forecasting processes
- Monitor key operational and financial KPI’s (GMV, Take rate, CPO, gross margin, workforce costs etc )
- Build relevant dashboards to enable decision making and closing analysis
- Assist on preparing monthly reporting for executives
- Adhoc analysis
- You will partner with:

- Senior leaders of our Finance organization, including our CFO, our FP&A Director and our Group Controller.
- Business and Finance teams

**Who You Are**:

- Last year student of a Business School/University with a major in Finance or equivalent
- Excellent analytic (excel, SQL) and communication skills
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus
- Autonomy & rigour to analyze data
- Ability to generate insights & action plans from data analyses
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Fluency in English
- Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others.
