**Main Responsibilities**:
1. Advise and support the VP Product Content management & Rights in developing and implementing an innovative product supply chain strategy, and in the implementation of our current mid-term business transformation plan.
2. In coordination with the different squads, proactively identify actionable opportunities across the digital audio products portfolio, identify process gaps and recommended process improvements across operations teams and delivery services by challenging status quo, fostering innovative thinking.
3. Actively contribute to the development of each team member, collaborating with the team and other teams to foster and model innovation and simplification, and create an attractive and productive working environment.
4. Manage directly the supply chain product by leading product managers and products owners with the following duties:
- Help the team to remove roadblocks,
- Define with the VP a clear product vision for supply chain, aligned with the company's business objectives and customer needs, and define the right KPI to measure the activity.
- Lead the design and development of our supply chain products throughout the product lifecycle, closely collaborating with Engineering, UX, and Operation teams.
- Define functional and technical specifications, prioritize features, and plan releases using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Analyze and optimize supply chain ingestion process, control and delivery to maximize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions to resolve them, ensuring smooth and efficient distribution of our products.
- Mentor and motivate a multidisciplinary team responsible for product desig and development of the supply chain.
- Provide strategic leadership, promote collaboration and knowledge sharing, and encourage the professional development of each team member.
- Work closely with other departments, including Engineering, Operations, Support, Data, and Sales teams, to ensure effective coordination throughout the supply chain.
- Communicate transparently and regularly with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that objectives and milestones are clearly defined and met.
**Qualifications**
Master’s degree preferably in Engineering, or Business School.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in management position in digital business or information technology, ideally with a good knowledge of digital content management.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Strategic KPI minded.
Extensive experience in customer-facing product design and strong knowledge of a hands-on experience with large digital platform projects.
Extensive experience in team management as well as team transformation.
