**Trade Marketing Assistant Travel Retail H/F**
Attached to the Travel Retail Trade Marketing Manager, your role sill be to maximize the brand visibility to reach our sales targets. You will assist the Trade Marketing Team in implementing the marketing plan across the different Travel Retail channels and guaranteeing the smooth running of the trade activities.
- Coordinate the operational implementation of all trade activations: briefing to our studio, preparation and sending of gifts and POSM tools with the Sales Coordinators, installation in store.
- Assist the Trade Marketing Project Manager in preparing the post-animations reports (quantitative & qualitative feedback)
- Prepare guidelines for Retail Managers, control and update the implementation of the visuals in POS according to the marketing plan to guarantee an homogenous brand image
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop POS tools to dynamize our spaces and highlight launches and best-sellers
- Assist in developing specific travel retail offers
- Prepare brand presentation decks for meetings with clients
- Adapt training tools to support for the staff
- Update Nuxe’s brand space on retailers’ websites
- Conduct regular competitive intelligence report and collect feedback from the Retail Managers to identify best practices
- Support the team in the organizations of events, training sessions and roadshows
- Assist the Trade Marketing Team in budget management (create POs, manage invoices)

- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player, ability to interact with enthusiasm and work collaboratively with other departments
- Creative & Passionate about beauty
- Both proactive & reactive
- Proficiency in Office package
- Fluent in English
- First 6 months' experience in Trade Marketing or Operational Marketing is a plus
- Education level: Master's degree or on track to graduate (Bac +4/5), business school or equivalent, specialization in Marketing preferred
