Division HR Controller

**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:

- Coordinating a network of tech centres across the world to ensure monthly headcount follow-up and forecast.
- Managing the headcount and footprint evolution of the Division through the preparation of the budget and the strategi plan
- Preparing a detailed analysis of Staff costs to explain differences of actual against budget and forecast in cooperation with Finance department_
- Acting as a business partner with Division Directors through monthly follow-up headcount and HR KPIs
- Participating in cost-related and efficiency projects, ensuring correct cost allocation in long-term planning
- Coordinating the production of the Annual Social Report for the Division
- Ensuring the proper management and optimal use of HRIS tools (ensure data quality)
- Improving and automating HR reporting
- Supporting Managers / Tech centres / Directors in the yearly salary review process. Preparing division analysis and consolidation

**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:

- Proven working experience as HR Controller in an industrial environment (2+ years)
- English on a fluent level is a must
- Excellent Excel skills and general IT literacy (SAP is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills, structured way of thinking and acting, autonomy
- Ability to interact in an international and in a matrix environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
