Factory IT Engineer F/m/x

Ensure delivery of factory IT related Services to site. Provides support and first point of contact for Factory production IT related systems following applicable global Factory IT Standards. Lead implementation of Factory IT projects both Organizational and Investment.

**What are we looking for?**:

- University Degree in Engineering or IT
- Fluent in English with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- + 3 year IT experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, project management and technical skills.
- Server administration
- Virtual infrastructure administration
- IT Architecture knowledge
- Database administration knowledge
- SQL knowledge
- Excel, VBA knowledge
- Self-Management following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them.
- Lifelong learner capable of attaining necessary professional qualifications and continual technical development

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Manage external contractors for Factory IT tasks, following all the induction processes and supervise their works in the site respecting the Safety Standard.
- Possess or is able to obtain operational electrical qualification certificate (H0V-B0V).
- Become aware and act according to company procedures related to food safety (HACCP / GMP Food Defense) and environment (acting according to the principle of efficiency in the correct consumption of water and energy, waste management).

Ensure the cybersecurity of the site - Information Security Engineer:

- Deploy remediation solutions to mitigate current risk & maintain Cybersecurity Standard
- Ensure appropriate actions are done properly (Back up / Patching / Antivirus Update).
- Inventory, Control and Purchasing of IT Infrastructure components & Manage Lifecycle.
- Prepare “crisis tool kit”, procedure for emergency & Business Continuity Plan

Delivery of IT Solutions related Services:

- As a strong technical background, is responsible for issue resolution, Continuous Improvement for factory IT infrastructure and solutions with the relevant internal/external partners.
- Raise tickets on the Global ticketing tools in order to have KPI and Dashboarding of his actions and let the Support Central Team to have a full picture of the Global Support Activities.

Delivery of IT Solutions related Projects:

- Is owner of the FACTORY IT Infrastructure and FACTORY IT Masterplan for their factory.
- Is responsibe for implementation of FACTORY IT projects in their factory.
- Is responsible for the coordination and budget of Factory IT project for their factory.

Business Engagement and communication:

- To be the key contact and provide the communication of Factory IT Infrastructure Solutions and Services to Production and Maintenance for their factory, Central Engineering and Mars Global Services Digital Technology Business Partner.
- Liaise with the Central Security Team. Escalate immediately any critical issue to the Support Central Teams in Aimargues (France).
- Responsible for effective use of Factory IT Infrastructure Services. This includes providing trainings, guides and raising awareness of available IT tools and services.
- Seen as an expert in IT, demonstrating clear understanding of the problems and opportunities for business change.
