**As an HR Intern, **your future responsibilities will be**:
General HR missions:
Your scope will include our French, UK, German, Australian and Singaporean entities.
- Management of our HR software - updating of information and documents relating to employees, sending of announcements,
- Drafting of employment contracts, amendments, letters of engagement, job descriptions, etc.,
- Assistance in the implementation and management of the on-boarding of new employees,
- Support in the organization and running of HR events such as Trivia or Coffee Chat,
- Support in recruitment (writing and distribution of offers, pre-selection of profiles, telephone pre-qualification, organization and participation in interviews),
- Supporting employees on a daily basis - answering their questions.

**Profile we are looking for**:

- Graduated with a 3 or 4 year degree from an HR school or with a specialization in HR,
- You speak English fluently,
- Multiskilled
- You are willing to learn and are interested in an international and start-up environment.
