Permanent Contract

**Job Description**:

- Controlling of sales/orders/expenses/profitability/investments/projects/capacities and capacity utilization of the Hombourg site
- Controlling tasks for the main projects of the site
- Monthly root-cause variance analysis on sales, orders, P&L, KPIs
- Driving and coordinating the Budget and forecasting process
- Support the Site & Business Leaders as a Business Partner
- Direct interaction with the Function and Team Leads of the site
- Reporting to the Head of Finance of the site and Head of Group Controlling
- Direct interaction with Group CFO and other stakeholders
- Lead/Cooperation on relevant cross-legal entity issue
- Drive system improvements and act as key stakeholder in ERP project for the site

**Requirements**:

- University degree in finance and/or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in operational accounting and project controlling
- Experience in consolidation is a plus
- Experience in the field of consulting, e.g. with capacity utilization, efficiency, billable hoursadvantageous
- Several years of controlling experience - minimum 5 years
- Experience in a service providing company is a big plus
- Experience in setting up costing and profit center accounting
- Experience in the chemical-pharmaceutical environment and the Anglo-Saxon area is an advantage
- Good MS-Office, Navision or MS-Dynamics
- Labware / LIMS knowledge advantageous
- Service-oriented, proactive and flexible personality
- Good organizer with negotiating skills and entrepreneurial thinking
- Fluent in French and English, German and further language skills advantageous
