**Major Responsibility**: **Planning coordination**: Check availability dates and slot allocations Interface between customer requirements and manufacturing. Contribution to Revenue Process **Sales Order Administration**: Register Sales orders / Order Entry Get contract or order acknowledgment (OA) as per internal comments, terms and conditions of sales. Confirm the availability date of machine Coordinate transport with shipping dept (Information/Confirmation schedule/cost) Collect all documents required for the delivery as per client and country requirement and terms of sales. Manage the invoicing as per internal process and monthly cut-off Keep complete customer files for the various audits as per the internal rules defined by his superior. Maintain Internal Backlog reports ( Crane Order Board, Central File etc...) Punctual sales assistance as the main contact of the dealers and clients." **Sales support **:Spot attendance to Special events ( Fear, Conference, Customer visit) AND Ability to support the regional director on various admin tasks (ie forecasts) **Team Work **:Share activity with back up appointed colleague to secure continuity and best file service - Ability to be the back-up of UK Sales admin representative during her vacation or day off - which means ability to work one hour later than usual France business working hours. **Qualifications and Skills**: 4 - 6 years of experience Ability & appetite to work international with other cultures (mainly from North Europe: Sweden Norway Finland Iceland NL UK) Superior customer focus Ability to work on multiple ERPs : Baan (on top of SAP) Good communication skills, autonomy, decision capacity, organized, integrity, transparency ability to work under pressure, respectful of deadlines, ability to work in a matrix organization.
