La société Ils accompagnent les marques retail du monde physique à s’implanter sur les principales marketplaces européennes pour les aider à développer leur présence en ligne Toute jeune start-up en finalisation d’une première levée de fonds, avec un business plan ambitieux : Devenir leader de marché à l’international en 3 ans Ils vendent donc un service BtoB basé sur le Big Data et un ERP servant à l’automatisation des process (pricing, supply chain, data visualisation ) Paris intra-muros Le Poste Main dans la main avec le Head of Data, et sous la supervision directe du CPO, co-fondateur de l’entreprise, tu intégreras la structure en tant que Head of Software engineering. Stack Technique Quelques MVP créés en Python et Low-code, mais tu peux repartir from scratch. Le CPO te fait confiance pour créer la stack software avec les technos qui te semblent le plus adaptées.

**Les responsabilités**
- Comparaison et choix des technologies les plus adaptées au besoin
- Définir l’architecture globale du SI
- Développer les premières fonctionnalités
- Intégrer, Structurer (Agilité), et former en continu l’équipe software
