**Chief Financial Officer**
VCLS is currently in search of an outstanding CFO to join our talented and ambitious Executive Management team in continuing to improve, develop and grow VCLS.

**Role overview**
- Ensure robust and reliable bookkeeping processes across all group entities (300 people, 9 countries)
- Provide financial statements and reporting to meet statutory and management needs
- Supervise financial performance across countries and business unites
- Implement and enforce procedures to limit financial risks in day-to-day operations
- Manage Budget/Forecast processes and monitor achievement vs targets
- Oversee Group treasury in line with Management guidelines
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and collections for client services
- Document and adhere to transfer pricing guidelines between Group entities
- Provide analysis and action plans to optimize operations
- Manage cash and funding aligned with Group objectives
- Assist management in external growth operations
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the Finance team
**Requirements**:
- Graduate degree in Finance or Economics and/or CFA designation
- Demonstrable expertise in financial control within the consulting industry
